Vegetable sausages in a quiche

10 minuten + 45 minuten oventijd

2 persons

  • 1 package of vegetable sausages 
  • 2 onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • olive oil
  • 100 grams of asparagus heads
  • 5 sheets of puff pastry
  • 250 grams of French beans
  • 4 eggs
  • 100 ml milk
  • 200 grams of crème fraiche
  • 120 grams of grated cheese
  • 250 grams of spinach a la crème
  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.

  2. Cut the onions and crush the garlic. Fry the onions and garlic in a pan.

  3. Cut the vegetable sausages in slices and cut the asparagus.

  4. Cover a cake tin, greased, with the sheets of puff pastry. Cover the base of the tin with the onion and garlic. Put the slices of vegetable snacks on top, together with the French beans and the asparagus.

  5. Mix the eggs, milk, crème frache, grated cheese en spinach and pour the mixture into the tin.

  6. Bake the quiche for 45 minutes, until the top is golden-brown and the filling set.
