Asparagus burger with a Japanese twist

  • 2 asparagus burgersĀ 
  • 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons of wasabi
  • 2 teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 2 spelt buns
  • 2 leaves of lettuce
  • 30 grams of seaweed salad
  • 12 slices of cucumber
  1. Prepare the asparagus burgers according to the instructions on the package. (Tip: it becomes extra crunchy in the oven!)

  2. Mix the mayonnaise with the wasabi and soy sauce.

  3. Cut the buns in half and spread the sides with the wasabi-mayonnaise.

  4. Fill the buns with the lettuce, seaweed salad, burgers and cucumbers.

  5. Enjoy!
