Green-Asparagus Burger

For the creation of this burger, 2 Michelin- star chef Mohshik was inspired by green asparagus. He produced a vegetable burger of green asparagus and lentils. The burger is filled with vegetables and fiber, and without any unnatural additives for color, taste and durability.

53% vegetables (47% asparagus, onion), flour (wheat), water, pulses (7% lentils), flour (wheat), free-range chicken egg protein, vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed, rape), wheat malt, modified starch (wheat), salt, herbs, dietary fiber (oat), starch (potato), spices, vinegar, dextrose, sugar, thickener (methyl cellulose).

Each burger contains 212 kcal. The reference intake of an average adult is 8400 kJ/ 2000 kcal a day.

Preparation in the pan

Use a frying pan with non-stick coating. Heat butter or (olive) oil in the frying pan. Remove the vegetable burger from its packaging and fry on medium heat in approximately 8-10 minutes. Regularly turn the vegetable burger.

Cooking in the oven 

Remove the packaging and fry the vegetable burger in the middle of a preheated oven (200⁰C) during 16-18 minutes. Turn the burger halfway the preparation.
