Vegan bun Pumpkin burger with cream cheese and mango chutney

  • 2 Pumpkin burgers (available at PLUS & Picnic)
  • 2 little spelt bread
  • 2 tablespoons of vegan cream cheese
  • (or soft goat cheese for vegetarian variant)
  • 2 el mango chutney
  • Hand of oak leaf lettuce
  • Croutons
  1. Prepare the pumpkin burgers according to the method of preparation on the packaging.
  2. Cut the little spelt bread open and cover the bottom with the vegan cream cheese (or soft goat cheese for a vegetarian variant).Put the pumpkin burgers on it.
  3. Serve the burgers with the mango chutney and a few leaves of oak leaf lettuce.
  4. Top off with the croutons and the top of the bun.

Tip: Add some chili paste to the mango chutney for some extra spiciness.
