- Prepare the pumpkin burgers according to the method of preparation on the packaging.
- Cut the little spelt bread open and cover the bottom with the vegan cream cheese (or soft goat cheese for a vegetarian variant).Put the pumpkin burgers on it.
- Serve the burgers with the mango chutney and a few leaves of oak leaf lettuce.
- Top off with the croutons and the top of the bun.
Tip: Add some chili paste to the mango chutney for some extra spiciness.
