Japanese stir fry with bimi, sugar snaps, soy sauce and Vegetable Nuggets
1 package &samhoud Vegetable Nuggets
200g sugar snaps
2 spring onions
1 chili pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
250g wok noodles
1 handful of sesame seeds
Prepare the Vegetable Nuggets as described on the package.
Heat the oil in a frying pan on high heat. Stir fry the bimi, shiitake and sugar snaps until they are tender but still a bit crispy (If you prefer more bite sized vegetables, you could cut them in smaller pieces)
Slice the spring onion and chili pepper into rings and add them to the stir fry.
Add the soy sauce and mix it well.
Prepare the wok noodles as described on the package.
Serve the stir fry with the wok noodles and Vegetable Nuggets. Finish off with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
