The Tomeato Burger originated as an appetizer in 2-Michelin-star restaurant &moshik. Chef Moshik Roth developed the burger - using tomato instead of minced meat - as a tribute to the classic American burger.

60% vegetables (49% tomatoes, red beet, onion), mozzarella cheese, flour (wheat), water, starch (wheat, potato, corn), gluten (wheat), vegetable oil (sunflower), free-range egg white protein, dietary fiber (oats), herbs, vegetable protein (pea), spices, salt.
