Green Asparagus Burger

For the creation of this burger, 2 Michelin- star chef Mohshik was inspired by green asparagus. He produced a vegetable burger of green asparagus and lentils. The burger is filled with vegetables and fiber, and without any unnatural additives for color, taste and durability.

60% vegetables (44% asparagus, 10% lentils, onion), flour (wheat), water, flour (wheat), free-range chicken egg protein, vegetable oil (sunflower, rapeseed, rape), wheat malt, modified starch (wheat), salt, herbs, dietary fiber (oat), starch (potato), spices, vinegar, dextrose, sugar, thickener (methyl cellulose).

May contain traces from peanuts and nuts.

Bake the green asparagus burger in the middle of a preheated oven (200⁰C) for 18-20 minutes. Turn halfway.

Air fryer

Fry the green asparagus burger in a preheated air fryer (200⁰C) for 6 minutes. 

Deep fryer

Fry the green asparagus burger in a preheated deep fryer (180⁰C) for 3 minutes.
