Mexican Tortillas with Vegetable Mince

  • 1 package (6.2 oz) Vegetable mince (&samhoud food) 
  • 4 tortilla's
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 jalapeño pepper
  • ½ onion
  • 2 cloves of garlicMexican tortilla sauce
  • ½ lime
  • 1 small package with crèmefraiche (4.4 oz)
  • Small bunch of coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmericOlive oil and/or butter
  1. Put the olive oil in a frying panand fry the onion and garlic. Add the chopped bell pepper, jalapeño pepper and turmeric. 
  2. Fry the vegetable made meat approximately 2 minutes with. 
  3. Add theMexican tortilla sauce and the juice of half a lime. Stir for 5 minutes. 
  4. Prepare the tortillas according to the preparation method at its packaging and cut the avocado into wedges.
  5. Divide the Mexican vegetable made meat over the length in the middle of the tortilla. 
  6. Roll it up and cut it inhalf. 
  7. Serve the tortillas with avocado, chopped coriander and sour cream.
