Peel the potatoes. Wash them carefully and cut them into fries-sized pieces. Put them in a pan with water and bring to a boil. Cook for around 10 minutes.
Cook the egg.
Prepare the asparagus burgers according to the instructions on the package. (Tip: it becomes extra crunchy in the oven!)
Put the haricots verts into a pan and cook them for 5 minutes. Rinse them with cold water after.
Cut the lettuce, onion, egg and cucumber and mix them with the haricots verts.
Deep-fry the fries on 180 degrees until they are golden-brown, or bake them in the oven on 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Cut the pickles, chives and scallion. Mix these with the mayonnaise, Worchester sauce and capers.
Serve the sauce with the fries and the burgers.
Finish the green salad with a French dressing.
